Coaching Services

The We Rise coaching program is a 12-16 week transformational experience for women. Women will engage themselves physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually over a 12-16 week period - culminating in the physical accomplishment of their design/choosing. For some, this is running a marathon or hiking a 14er, and for others, this may be making it to and through their first spin class or walking a 5k. ALL physical challenges are welcome.

Stretching oneself with a big physical goal requires not only physical toughness but mental and emotional toughness as well. To build this toughness we provide and require specific daily and weekly goals to be met. These goals will certainly prepare one for the final physical challenge but much more importantly these goals create habits that are the birthplace of a transformed life.

This We Rise coaching experience is a mind, body, and spirit journey. We will ask you to expand your mindset and examine your limiting beliefs and negative thoughts so new true beliefs about the self can enter. We will ask you to examine your relationship with your body and begin to see her and all she does for you with a new perspective. We will ask you to connect with your spirit self and work with your energetic body for your highest good.

To support you along the way you will receive a personalized coaching app that guides you through the tasks and tracks your progress. We will help prepare you for any challenges associated with the chosen goal. In addition, the We Rise coaches will provide weekly individual coaching sessions throughout the journey.
