About We Rise

Hello, I’m Paige Smith and I am SO happy that you have found yourself curious about WeRise. I am a counselor and coach and am deeply passionate about holistic healing and wellness. As biological, psychological, spiritual, social, emotional, and relational beings, we are wildly complex and multifaceted. Because of our complexity and uniqueness, I incorporate a wide variety of methods and customize my approach with each client to best honor and work with their unique needs. I believe all humans are created essentially good and I work to help my clients identify the dynamics and experiences that have blocked them from seeing and owning their essential goodness. I have a deep appreciation and respect for what my clients are going through and feel incredibly honored to journey alongside them towards healing and wholeness.

A little bit more about me…I am a Colorado native and besides attending the University of Kansas for my undergraduate studies, I have lived nearly every day right beside the Rocky Mountains and I love them deeply. Whether it be hiking, trail running, climbing, or mountain biking, being on a trail is where I feel the most alive. Additionally, I have been married to my soulmate for 25 years and we have three incredible kids who are all about to fly the nest. Life is very good!
